ACC Commissioner Habib becomes acting chief

Commissioner Habibur Rahman has been appointed the acting chief of the Anti-corruption Commission (ACC), an ACC official said Tuesday. A cabinet division order approved by the President in this regard has been sent to the ACC headquarters, said the official, asking not to be named as he was not authorised to speak to the media. "An order to appoint Commissioner Habibur Rahman as the temporary chairman came to the ACC this (Tuesday) noon," he told the news agency.
