ACC files case against former BNP lawmaker, his wife

NETROKONA, Nov 22 (UNB): The Anti-corruption Commission (ACC) filed a case against Dr Mohammad Ali, former lawmaker of BNP, and his wife Principal Rabeya Ali today accusing them of concealing wealth while submitting their statements to the ACC.
ACC Assistant Director Nuruzzaman Khan filed the case with Purbodhola police station. It stated the couple had filed the individual statement of wealth in March in which they together concealed wealth worth about Tk 13 million.
Rabeya Ali, principal of local women's college, is also a central leader of the BNP.
