ACC files graft cases against ex-chief whip, wife

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has filed two corruption cases against former chief whip of Jatiya Sangsad Nur-e-Alam Chowdhury and his wife Jinat Parvin Chowdhury for acquiring illegal wealth beyond their known source of income, reports BSS.
ACC Director General-Prevention Md Akhter Hossain disclosed the information at a media briefing at the commission headquarters in the capital on Monday.
