ACC grilling Moudud at Kashimpur jail gate

Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) is interrogating BNP stalwart Barrister Moudud Ahmed at Kashimpur jail gate in a case filed against him for purportedly grabbing a government house in Gulshan in the capital. ACC deputy director Harun-or-Rashid, who reached Kashimpur jail around 1 pm, has begun to quiz Moudud at the jail gate, said jailer Abdul Quddus. On January 27, a Dhaka court ordered the ACC for interrogating BNP standing committee member Barrister Moudud Ahmed at the jail gate. On December 17, 2013, the ACC filed the case against Moudud Ahmed and his brother Manzur Ahmed on charge of grabbing a government house worth about Tk 300 crore, according to a news agency.
