ACME Lab AGM approves 30pc dividend

Shareholders of The ACME Laboratories Ltd. approved 30 per cent cash dividend for the financial year 2021-2022 at the 46th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on a digital platform on Tuesday, says a press release.
Chairman of the company Nagina Afzal Sinha presided over the meeting attended by Managing Director Mizanur Rahman Sinha, Deputy Managing Director Dr. Jabilur Rahman Sinha, Directors Tasneem Sinha, Tanveer Sinha, Sabrina Juned, and Fahim Sinha, Nominee Director Md Abul Hossain, Independent Directors Das Deba Prashad, Ehsan Ul Fattah, and Evana Hoque, Additional Deputy Managing Director and Chief Internal Audit Executive (CIAE) Md Hasibur Rahman, Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Kazi Mohammed Badruddin, and Company Secretary (Acting) Md Arshadul Kabir.
All significant activities of the company for 2021-2022 along with the Directors' Report, audited financial statements, declaration of dividend, election of directors, appointment of statutory auditors and compliance auditors were approved by the shareholders at the AGM.
