Actress sues cricketer Rubel

Actress Naznin Akter Happy has gone to court against Bangladesh cricketer Rubel Hossain for allegedly cheating her.
Naznin Akter Happy filed a case against Rubel under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act with Mirpur police Saturday.
She alleged the pacer had promised to marry her and the two shared an intimate relation.
"We first got into touch through Facebook about a year ago. We've been having an intimate relation for nine months now," Happy claimed.
Happy says she was the protagonist of a recent Bangla movie and several of her other films are on the pipeline.
"Rubel got involved with another girl while talks about our marriage were underway. He avoided me each time I tried to talk about it," she alleged. The cricketer could not be reached for comments, according to a news agency.
