AD upholds HC order on Concord complex handover

The Appellate Division (AD) of the Supreme Court upheld on Tuesday an order passed by the High Court (HC), asking Concord Group to handover an 18-storey complex in the city's Azimpur to Sir Salimullah Muslim Orphanage, reports BSS.
Appellate Division (AD) Chamber Judge Justice Md Imman Ali refrained from passing any order on the appeal filed by the developer company, leaving the High Court order in effect.
