ADB vice-president arrives in city today

Asian Development Bank (ADB) Vice-President Liqun Jin arrives in the city today (Wednesday) on a three-day official visit. Liqun Jin is responsible for the operation of ADB's South Asia Department, Central and West Asia Department, and the Private Sector Operations Department. During the visit, the ADB vice-president will attend the silver jubilee celebrations of its Bangladesh Resident Mission, and also exchange views on ADB operations with the Chief Adviser and advisers for LGRD, Communications and Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs as well as other senior government officials. —UNB
