Advertising workshop for MACOMM team

MACOMM, a fast growing advertising agency of the country, celebrated its 3rd anniversary at BRAC BCDM Training Resort in Gazipur recently.

A 3-day creative and advertising workshop was organised at the venue titled 'Ignite'. Asian advertising icon Ram Sehgal, who has 30 years' experience in the global advertising scene, conducted the workshp.

Mr Sehgal worked initially with Ogilvy followed by JWT and later held the position of presidents of Contract Advertising (a JWT agency) and later CEO of DY&R, a global advertising agency network.

Sehgal was awarded the A and M Advertising Man of the Year Award, India in 1994. He also served as the president of advertising agencies association of India and the chairman of the advertising standard council of India.

Sehgal discussed diverse areas of advertising comprising of revolution of creative business, lateral marketing, consumer understanding, customer experience, techniques of creative idea generation, brand management, art and science of advertising and introduction to global advertising.

During the workshop, Sehgal also distributed the annual awards of MACOMM to the winners and inspired the team of MACOMM to continue its promising progress and achieve its goal.

The training workshop under Ram Sehgal underlines the continuing efforts of MACOMM to produce international advertising work standards to its clients.
