Adviser expresses Bangladesh's commitment to FAO work

Agriculture Adviser Dr CS Karim has expressed Bangladesh's commitment to the important work of the FAO (UN Organisation on Food and Agriculture) and its renewal process, reports UNB.
He also highlighted the recent achievements of Bangladesh in increasing agriculture production to meet the challenges of food security.
Dr Karim was addressing the inaugural session of the 35th special session of the FAO conference in Rome, Italy, Wednesday.
The special session is convened to review the reforms of FAO so that the organisation can address the challenges of global food security more effectively and efficiently.
