Afghan, Ugandan presidents greet Sheikh Hasina

President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai congratulated Sheikh Hasina on her reelection as Prime Minister (PM), reports BSS
President Karzai in his message hoped that the existing friendly relations between Afghanistan and Bangladesh would continue to be strengthened and further consolidated.
Meanwhile, Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has congratulated Sheikh Hasina on her reelection as the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
In a congratulatory message, the Ugandan President mentioned that reelection of Sheikh Hasina in the recent parliamentary polls is a clear testimony of the trust and confidence that the people of Bangladesh have in her able leadership for further socioeconomic transformation of the nation.
Museveni added that Uganda values the warm bilateral relations existing between the two friendly countries and looks forward to working with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to take the bilateral ties to a new height.
