Afghanistan were 118 for five wickets for 34 overs against Bangladesh in Asia Cup cricket tournament at Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium at Fatullah in Narayanganj on Saturday. Asia’s big boys, Afghanistan lost opener Mohammad Shahzad early in the match. Seamer Rubel Hossain trapped Shahzad with LBW on the third over of the innings. Then left-arm slow bowler Arafat Sunny striked the Afghans twice in his consecutive overs. Sunny bowled out first-down Najibullah Zadran just an over after he caught and bowled Afghan opener Karim Sadiq. Earlier, Bangladesh won the toss and put Afghanistan into bat in the fifth match of the Asia, according to espncricinfo.com.
