AGM of AIBL Capital Market Services held

The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of AIBL Capital Capital Market Services Limited - a subsidiary company of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd (AIBL), was held in the Head Office of the Bank recently, said a statement.
Alhajj Md. Khalilur Rahman, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Alhajj Md. Liakat Ali Chowdhury, Directors Alhajj Abdus Samad Labu, Farman R Chowdhury (representative of AIBL), Badiur Rahman, Alhajj Md. Harun-Ar-Rashid-Khan, Alhajj Nazmul Ahsan Khaled, Alhajj Abdus Salam, Aljhajj Niaz Ahmed and Md. Anowar Hossain on behalf of Md. Ashik Hossain (representative of Islami Commercial Insurance Co. Ltd.).
