The 6th annual general meeting (AGM) of Jamuna Bank Ltd was held in the city Sunday, said a press release.
Chairman of the bank Nur Mohammed presided over the meeting. Mohammed thanked everyone and expressed his proud privilege to be able to place the financial statement and auditors report for last year.
He also hoped that the bank continues the works strongly and fruitfully to achieve all its goals in the coming year.
The board of directors of the bank declared a 7.1 bonus share and the meeting approved the balance sheet and accountability of the bank for the year 2006.
Vice Chairman of the bank Md Sirajul Islam Varosha, Managing Director Mohammed Lakiotullah, directors, sponsor directors, additional managing director, company secretary, EVP and a huge number of shareholders were also present in the meeting.
