AGM of National Life Ins on August 22

The 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of National Life Insurance Company Limited will be held on August 22, 2007 at 11:30 am at Dhaka Sheraton Hotel in the city. Other information of the AGM has been announced earlier.
Purchase/ sale of director's shares
SIBL: Ghalib Mannan, Reshmi Mannan Siddique and Nargis Mannan, all are sponsors of Social Investment Bank Limited (SIBL), have stated their willingness to sell 500 shares each out of their total holdings of 4,250, 4,250 and 5,500 shares respectively of the bank at current market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
Jamuna Bank: MA Khayer, one of the sponsors/directors of Jamuna Bank Limited, has stated his willingness to sell 25,000 shares out of his total holding of 100,000 shares of the bank and Hamida Rahman, another director of the bank, has stated her intention to buy 15,000 shares of the bank at current market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
Monno Fabrics: Harunar Rashid Khan, one of the sponsors/directors of Monno Fabrics Limited, has stated his willingness to buy 5,000 shares of the company at current market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
Standard Bank: Mohammad Ayub, one of the sponsors of Standard Bank Limited, has stated his willingness to sell 50,000 shares out of his total holdings of 189,200 shares of the bank at current market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
