AGM of NCCB Securities & Financial Services held

The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCCB Securities & Financial Services Ltd was held recently at NCC Bank Head Office in the city. Chairman of NCCB Securities and Financial Services Ltd. Md. Nurun Newaz Salim presided over the meeting while CEO of the company Md. Abdul Bari Sarker and other shareholders were also present. The Directors Report and Audited Accounts for the year ended on December 31, 2013 was approved in the meeting, according to a statement.
