The seventh annual general meeting (AGM) of the South Asia Insurance Company Limited will be held on June 30, 2007.
The decision came at the 39th meeting of the board of directors of the company held at its head office in the city recently.
Presided over by Chairman of the company Ghulam Akbar Chowdhury, the meeting was attended, among others, by Vice Chairman AHM Mahtabuddin, directors Anwar Ali Khan, Abu Mohammad Chowdhury, Kamaluddin, Md Nasiruddin Chowdhury, Masud Ahmed, Samya Sultana, Aiman Akbar, Sajed Akbar, Adviser Abu Saleh and Company Secretary Md Monjurul Haque.
The meeting approved the financial statement of the company for the year 2006.
