Agrani Bank Ctg circle recovers Tk 145.8m from defaulted loans
A total of Tk 145.8 million has been recovered in cash from defaulted and classified loans at a managers' conference organised by Agrani Bank PLC's Chattogram Circle with regional and branch heads. Managing Director of Agrani Bank Md. Anwarul Islam was present as the chief guest at the conference held in Chattogram on Saturday. The Managing Director expressed satisfaction with the circle's performance and instructed everyone to maintain the momentum of classified loan recovery, reduce the Expected Credit Loss (ECL), disburse CMSME loans, collect deposits, attract remittances, and implement and advance Agrani Bank's 100-day special action plan. Deputy Managing Directors, Tahmina Akhtar and Md. Abul Bashar, were present as the special guests.
