Agrani Bank online services to be available in 100 locations

Online banking services of Agrani Bank Ltd will be available in 100 locations of the bank within a short period.
At present, customers are able to enjoy ATM services from 20 shared-booths of electronic transaction network (ETN) in different locations of Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet.
Managing Director-cum-CEO of the bank Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed disclosed this recently at the installation ceremony of an ATM booth at its Principal branch at Motijheel in the city.
Former finance secretary and Chairman of the bank Siddiqur Rahman Choudhury inaugurated the booth for providing 24 hours' cash withdrawal facilities and utility bill payments.
Deputy Managing Directors Syed Abdul Hamid and Md Fayekuzzaman, all general managers and concerned executives of the bank were also present on the occasion.
In his inaugural speech, the chairman termed this event as a milestone for the bank's endeavor towards new generation banking. He also advised the bank management to open more ATM booths to ensure better customer services.
Bukhtear Ahmed informed about that steps already taken to computerise all branches of the bank to ensure better customer services. The bank has introduced online network service for safe and swift payment of foreign remittance from expatriate Bangladeshi to their beneficiaries end.
