AGRANI EXCHANGE HOUSE SINGAPORE HOLDS GENERAL MEETING
Agrani Exchange House Private Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC, operating in Singapore, organised its 22nd General Meeting and the 37th Board Meeting at a hotel in Singapore recently. Dr. Zaid Bakht, Chairman of Agrani Exchange House Private Limited and the Board of Directors of Agrani Bank, presided over the meetings. Member of the Board of Directors of Agrani Exchange House and CEO of Agrani Bank Md Murshedul Kabir, Director Dr Mustafizur Rahman, CEO and Executive Director Mir Md. Bayezid Hossain, and Operations Manager Md. Azizul Islam attended the meetings. During the meetings, business achievements of Agrani Exchange House in 2023 were reviewed, the annual financial statements were approved, and the business targets and budget for 2024 were adopted.
