Agrani Ins gets chair, vice chair

The Board of Agrani Insurance Company Ltd. in its 88th meeting recently unanimously re-elected Rezaul Huq Khan as the Chairman of the Board and elected Md. Shahbaz Hossain Khan as the Vice Chairman of the Board.
Rezaul Huq Khan, a sponsor director of the company, after completion of his graduation concentrated on indenting business. At present, he is the Managing Director of Sarban International Ltd., & Sarban Import Ltd. He is also associated with a number of socio cultural activities.
Md. Shahbaz Hossain Khan, a Sponsor Director of the company, is a Lawyer by profession. After obtaining LLM degree he started practicing in the Bangladesh Supreme Court. At present he is a Director of Rose Securities Ltd and Member of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. He is also associated with a number socio cultural organisation.
