Mustafa Khair and Assistant Vice President & Head of Direct Sales of Progoti Systems Ltd. Md. Shafiqul Islam exchanging the instruments of a tripartite agreement after signing it on behalf of their respective organisations in the city on Monday. Under the agreement, students of the college can pay their fees and other payments through the 'FSIBL FirstPay SureCash' mobile banking service
