Agreement for Corporate Advisory and Issue Management Services signed between ILFSL and SBCML

An agreement for Corporate Advisory and Issue Management Services was signed between International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL) and Sonar Bangla Capital Management Limited (SBCML) at ILFSL Head Office in the city on Wednesday. Md Mashiur Rahman, Managing Director (CC) of International Leasing, and Emam Hossain, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sonar Bangla Capital Management, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations in presence of Md Nazrul Islam Khan, Chairman of ILFSL.
