Ahad elected vice-chairman of Standard Bank

Mr Abdul Ahad, one of the sponsor-directors of Standard Bank Limited, has been unanimously elected vice-chairman of the board of directors of the bank.
The board of directors of the bank elected him at its 132nd meeting held in the city recently, said a press release.
Mr Ahad is also the owner of M/s New Apan Jewellers.
He travelled many countries including the UK and the USA for business purposes.
