AIBL executive body chairman, vice chairman re-elected

Abdus Samad and Abdul Malek Mollah have been re-elected chairman and vice-chairman respectively of Executive Commitee of the Board of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd (AIBL) recently, said a press release.
They were elected unanimously in the 273rd meeting of the Board of Directors held recently. According to the decision of the meeting they will continue their responsibilities untill the next AGM of the Bank.
Abdus Samad is one of the founder directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. He is the Vice Chairman of S Alam Group. He is the chairman of S Alam Cold Rolld Steels Ltd.
Abdul Malek Mollah is one of the founder directors of the Bank. He comes from a reputed Muslim family of Mothbaria thana of Pirozpur district.
