Air Slovakia to operate flights from city Dec 6

Air Slovakia, a Slovakian airline, announced Tuesday operation of its commercial flight linking Dhaka once a week.
The airline will start its flight on December 6 on the route -- Dhaka to London-Bratislava-Vienna-Bologna (Italy). Flight fare from Dhaka to London is US$ 952.
The airline announced the launching of its operation at a city hotel.
Speaking at a press conference, operation director Vladimir Zabrosky said: "We have launched our service aiming to build a bridge between Bangladesh and Europe."
The airline will initially operate one flight a week on the Dhaka- London-Bratislava Vienna-Bologna route.
"The airline will increase the number of flights on the basis of demand as Bangladesh market is new for us," he said.
Aero Speed International is the general sales agent (GSA) of the airline in Bangladesh. Air Slovakia has five offices in Bangladesh.
Chairman of Aero speed international limited H.S. Siddu, special project manager Robert Sitta, sales manager GP Singh, Managing Director (MD) W Chowhury, security director Karol Lyka, director Asia Bharat Ghai and Syed Margub Morsed, adviser and former Bangladesh Telecom Regulatory Commission (BTRC) chairman, attended the occasion.
Air Slovakia is the oldest airline operating in Slovakia with an unbroken record of operations since 1993.
The company operates a variety of Boeing and Airbus aircraft. The present fleet consists of Boeing 737-200/737-300/757-200 and Airbus A320.
