Airtel enhances ‘Shobai Ek’ plan

Airtel Bangladesh Ltd, one of the leading mobile operators in the country, further enhanced the ‘Shobai Ek’ plan by adding unlimited validity of 1p/s tariff as a core feature. Airtel launched ‘Shobai Ek’ plan this September revolutionising the tariff game with simple and transparent solution. Airtel is the only operator to offer unlimited validity for its new prepaid customers. All new airtel prepaid customers will enjoy 1 paisa/ sec flat rate. In addition a new customer will also get preloaded BDT 10 airtime, free Facebook, free Whatsapp, 300 MB data, 1000 SMS for 90 days. This currently is the most attractive offer for new customers in the market, said a press release. Recently, Airtel announced, in addition to the above-mentioned ‘Shobai Ek’ a new plan ‘Shobai F&F’, where customers can talk at F&F rate to all numbers. With ‘Shobai F&F’ plan new prepaid customers will enjoy only ½ paisa/second to all airtel numbers and 1 paisa/second to any other operators. The new customer will also get preloaded BDT 10 airtime; free Facebook, free Whatsapp, 300 MB data, 1000 SMS for 90 days. The new customer has to recharge BDT 19 to get this offer. Existing customers can also enjoy this tariff plan by recharging BDT 99, according to UNB.
