Airtel hosts Alapon in Khulna

Airtel Bangladesh Ltd (ABL), one of fastest growing telecom operators in the country, has arranged Alapon (interaction) between the company officials and its valued customers. Airtel thinks it needs to reach out customers and such interaction is vital to enhance customer experience. Sandipan Chakraborty, chief technical officer, Lutfor Rahman, chief information officer, FM Shahriar Omar Prince, zonal business manager, South West zone and Jafry Shamim, head of zonal experience of ABL, were, among others, present at the event along with invited customers. At the event, customers were informed about pre-paid and post-paid packages, mCommerce, Value Added Services, 3G services, 3G data packs and so on. The customers also gave valued feedback on Airtel’s different services, according to a news agency.
