Akij Polymer inaugurates 2-MWp solar project financed by IDCOL

Akij Polymer Industries Limited inaugurated a 2-MWp Rooftop Solar Project financed by the Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) in Manikganj on Monday, says a statement.
M R Jamil, Executive Director of Akij Bashir Group, Alamgir Morshed, Executive Director & CEO of IDCOL, and senior officials from both the organisations attended the event.
The event highlighted the fruitful collaboration between IDCOL and Akij Polymer Industries Limited, showcasing the successful implementation of a project aimed at fostering sustainable energy practices.
Mr Jamil expressed his appreciation for IDCOL's unwavering technical expertise and financial support, which played a pivotal role in the realisation of this project.

Mr Morshed mentioned the IDCOL's ambitious target of financing 300 MWp of rooftop solar projects, highlighting the organisation's pivotal role in advancing the country's renewable energy agenda.
