Aktel celebrates 10m subscribers milestone

Aktel organised a gala night to celebrate its 10 million subscriber achievement at Bangabandhu Conference Centre in the city recently.
Chairman of parliamentary standing committee on Telecommunications Hasanul Haq lnu was the chief guest on the occasion.
Malaysian High Commissioner Jamaludddin Bin Sabeh, Board of Investment Executive Chairman Abu Raza Khan, officials form BTRC, Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and AKTEL's parent company AXIATA, Malaysia, journalists and other guests attended the programme.
AKTEL Chairman Dato Yusuf Annuar Yacoob and Managing Director-cum-CEO Jefri Ahmad Tambi spoke at the programme reiterating AKTEL's commitment to upholding the dictum 'Customer First' in its service delivery.
CFO Nora J Hussaini, CCO Bidyut K Basu, Head of Corporate Affairs Segufta Y Samad and other senior officials from AKTEL were also present in the ceremony.
