Aktel hosts Iftar for dignitaries

Aktel, one of the leading telecom service providers in the country, has recently hosted an Iftar Mahfil in honour of the dignitaries from Bangladesh Telecommunication and Regulatory Commission (BTRC), Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication (MOPT), embassies, high officials from print and electronic media and other distinguished guests.
The programme was arranged on the occasion of farewell of former chief executive officer (CEO) Jefri Ahmad Tambi and reception to CEO and Designate of Aktel Michael Kuehner.
Mr Jefri expressed his gratitude towards regulatory bodies, foreign missions, trade bodies, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
In his brief address, the new CEO sought cooperation from all stakeholders and requested them to stay beside Aktel in all its ventures.
Senior management of Aktel was present at the Iftar Mahfil, the release added.
