AKTEL introduces directory service

AKTEL has introduced "AKTEL Directory Service" for the first time in Bangladesh.
The new service will enable all the AKTEL customers to find important phone numbers, addresses and many other informations just by dialing 8989.
From now on, whenever an AKTEL customer makes a call to 8989, an agent from the other end will provide the caller with important phone numbers or addresses of any organisations including hospitals, fire services, hotels, restaurants, banks or ambulance services round the clock.
The call charge for this service is fixed at Tk 5.00 per minute and 30-second pulse will be applicable.
