Aktel introduces IDD discount rates

Aktel, the leading mobile phone operator in Bangladesh, recently introduced IDD International Direct Dialing (IDD) Friends and Family (FnF) offer for its subscribers.
The new offer would enable the Aktel subscribers to enjoy discount in international calls, a press release said.
As a member of Axiata, the cell phone operator has made the international call charges affordable to its subscribers. The Axiata has connected 89 million mobile subscribers from all over the Asia. From now, the Aktel subscribers would enjoy discounted international calls from one of Axiata partner operator.
The offer includes Tk 3.00 per call discount in pick hours and Tk 2.00 per call discount in off-peak hours. All they have to do is to add any international number as IDD-FnF from the operators in Malaysia (Cell-com), India (Idea), Singapore (M One), Indonesia (XL), Sri Lanka (Dialogue) and Cambodia (Hello), the press release added.
