AKTEL opens new customer care centre at Kushtia

AKTEL, the most dynamic GSM service provider of the country, has launched a new customer care centre at Kushtia recently.
This is AKTEL's 19th customer care centre in the country, said a press release.
Ms Nora Junita Hussaini, chief financial officer of AKTEL, inaugurated the new centre by cutting an inauguration cake and unveiling a foundation monument in the presence of the distinguished guests and other senior officials of AKTEL.
She said it is an integral part of AKTEL's concern to provide one stop service to its customers.
Considering the convenience and ease of accessibility to AKTEL customers, the new customer care centre has been set up at INS Road at Kushtia to cater to the needs of a large number of customers six days a week. AKTEL is also planning to continue to establish such customer care centres in major towns in Bangladesh.
