AKTEL reduces call rates

AKTEL, the country's one of the leading cellphone operators, offered exclusive call rates for its Joy and Power subscribers from June 3.
Under the offer, subscribers are now able to talk to any operator at Tk 1.50/minute from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (day) and from 12:00 am to 6:00 am (night). Subscribers can call at 75 paisa/minute to any mobile from 2nd minute from 12:00 am to 6:00 am.
Joy partners can also talk at 50-paisa minute all day and night.
Head of Advertising and Promotion of AKTEL Zakir Ibne Hai said, "AKTEL always intends to provide exclusive call rates to the valued subscribers. This offer is not related to the late night-time band only. We have come up with a tariff plan which enables the subscribers to reap the benefit in day as well as in the night time."
