AKTEL to open more 230 Care Centres soon

Leading cellphone operator of the country AKTEL will open more 230 Care Centres within few days.
AKTEL has already opened about 150 AKTEL Care outlets all over the country with a view to making its products and services more accessible to the customers, said a press release.
All AKTEL Care provide products and services including Pre-paid and Post-paid SIM sales, SIM replacement, bill payment, ownership transfer, re-connection, easy-load, account recharge, value added services, scratch cards and all related information.
Besides, AKTEL customers will also be able to get all types of services from other AKTEL Customer Care centres, the release added.
Group of AXIATA Group (Berhad) Dato Sri Jamaludin Ibrahim, Chief Commercial Officer of AKTEL Bidyut Kumar Basu and Head of Regional Operation Md Zahid Ahsan and Area Managers, Regional Managers and other officials inaugurated the AKTEL Care Centres in different times.
