Al-Arafah bank holds 10th EGM

The 10th extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd was held at Trust Milonayotan in the city recently.
The EGM approved amendment of one (01) clause of Articles of Association of the bank.
Chairman of the bank Md Anowar Hossain presided over the meeting.
Vice Chairman Mir Ahmed Sowdagar, directors Md Harun-ar-Rashid Khan, Ahmed Ali, Nazmul Ahsan Khaled, Abdul Malek Mollah, Hafez Md Enayetullah, Kazi Md Mofizur Rahman, Badiur Rahman, Abdus Samad, Kh. Mesbahuddin Ahmed, former chairman AZM Shamsul Alam, Managing Director M A Samad Sheikh, Additional Managing Director ATM Harun Ur Rashid Chowdhury, executive vice presidents, company secretary, executives, officers and a large number of shareholders were present at the meeting.
The chairman thanked the shareholders for their participation and confidence entrusted on the board of directors.
