ALCO MEETING HELD AT JANATA BANK

Janata Bank PLC held an Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meeting at the bank's head office on Wednesday, with Managing Director Md Mazibur Rahman in the chair. The meeting was attended by Deputy Managing Directors Kazi Abdur Rahman and Md Foyez Alam, along with general managers and deputy general managers. The Managing Director gave directives to increase low-interest deposits, boost inflow of foreign remittances and recover classified and written-off loans.
