All eyes on the decision on Tata's investment offer

I read sometime ago in the FE that a decision on Tata's investment offer by the present caretaker government was imminent. But I was surprised to read the report because a decision on the matter has to be taken, considering its long-term implications. This decision should better be taken by an elected government. A decision on this investment proposal has great significance for the national economic interests.
