Alleged woman drug trader held: Bombs, Phensidyl recovered

An alleged woman drug trader was arrested in possession of four live bombs and 20 bottles of Phensidyl in Shangkarpur area of Jessore town on Wednesday afternoon. The arrested was identified as Manira Begum, wife of Abdur Rahim, a resident of Haraner Bosti (slum) in the area. Abul Kalam Azad, sub-inspector of Kotwali Police Station, claimed that she was held in the afternoon. Police also recovered four live bombs and 20 bottles of the contraband syrup. A case was filed, according to UNB.
