Alliance Finance PLC (AFPLC)

Alliance Finance PLC (AFPLC), a joint venture finance company with foreign collaboration, convened its sixth Board Meeting of this year at its head office in the city recently through hybrid mode. Members of the Board joined the meeting from Sri Lanka, the USA, Thailand, and Bangladesh through virtual platform. The meeting was presided over by Jowher Rizvi, Chairman of Board of Directors of AFPLC. Among other directors, the Chairman of Peoples Leasing and Finance PLC of Sri Lanka, Pradeep Amirthanayagam; the COO of Peoples Leasing & Finance PLC of Sri Lanka, Udesh Gunawardena; the Chairman of Rabab Fashions, Lutfe M Ayub; and the CEO of AFPLC, Kanti K Saha; attended the meeting physically while other directors joined through virtual platform.
