One of AI's greatest strengths lies in its ability to process vast amounts of data, empowering companies to make more informed, evidence-based decisions in areas like marketing, finance, and operations.
For example, AI can predict demand, detect fraud, personalize customer experiences, and even anticipate when machinery will require maintenance-reducing downtime and saving costs. Another key application is in customer service, where AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants provide 24/7 support, improving response times and enhancing customer satisfaction.
