AL\\\'s Wahab wins Magura-1 by-polls

MAGURA, May 30 (BSS): Awami League-backed candidate Major General (retd) ATM Abdul Wahab has swept the by-polls of Magura-1, with 80 thousand more votes than his closest rival.
Wahab bagged 93,181 votes while his closest rival independent candidate Tapan Kumar Singha got only 12,790 votes. Quazi Tauhidul Alam of NPP bagged 902 votes.
