Ambassador Akramul Qader hosts farewell reception

Akramul Qader, Bangladesh Ambassador to the USA, hosted a reception followed by a dinner at the Bangabandhu auditorium of the Embassy to say goodbye to his friends and colleagues in the USA, reports UNB.
The reception was attended by, many others, high dignitaries Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Congressman Ed Whitfield, US Chief of Protocol Ambassador Peter Selfridge, Deputy Assistant Secretary Atul Keshap, Bangladesh Consul General to New York Shameem Ahsan, Bangladesh Consul General to Los Angeles Sultana Laila Hossain and members of diplomatic corps in Washington DC, said a press release received in Dhaka Friday.
