Amin Jewellers to honour 25 personalities

Amin Jewellers Ltd, a renowned name in gold jewelry, has taken an initiative to honour 25 dignitaries in recognition of their contribution to the society on the occasion of celebration of its silver jubilee in Bangladesh.
Each of them would be given Tk. 0.3 million, a gold medal weighing two tolas and a crest, Kazi Aminul Islam, chairman of Amin Jewellers said at a press conference at a city hotel Monday.
He said the dignitaries would be selected on the basis of their outstanding contribution to various fields such as the country's history, tradition, language movement, liberation war, art, literature, culture, politics, economics, business, education, architectural studies, and medical science. The 25 dignitaries will be selected by a jury board.
He said all know Amin Jewellers is one of the most prominent and front-ranking jewelry-makers in Bangladesh. Established in 1966, the company is going to complete its 50 years in 2016.
