Anger management techniques

Friday, 16 June 2023

We usually feel angry when we do not get things in our way or feel down. Anger is a natural human emotion. Just like happiness and sadness, it cannot be ignored. It is because of anger we sometimes tend to lose control over our senses and things go wrong. However, this state can be minimised by utilisation of anger management techniques.
Anger management can help you control your reaction. Although anger management is one of the most essential skills, it has long been the most ignored part of our culture. Managing anger should be taught at the school level. Most importantly, it should be practised in daily life so that people can avoid uneasy circumstances and useless fights. We, as adults, need to help schoolchildren find appropriate ways of letting out their anger and create space for their needs to be met.
