Angry mob lynches two 'robbers' in Pabna

Two men with suspected ties to robbery have been beaten to death by an angry mob in Pabna's Santhia Upazila. The dead men, identified as Shahin alias Halka Shahin, 45, and Nasir alias Kalu, were operatives of the banned extremist outfit Sarbahara Party, according to the police. The lynching took place in the upazila's Chhondo Canalparha area around 12am on Saturday after the two were caught attempting to rob a home in the area by locals.
