Anis A. Khan elected PDBL Chairman

The 6th Annual General Meeting of Primary Dealers Bangladesh Limited (PDBL) was held recently at a local hotel in the city, said a statement.
Chief Executives/ Managing Directors and representatives, Treasury Heads of the 15 members of PDBL, Legal Advisor, guests and mediapersons attended the meeting. The AGM was presided over by the outgoing PDBL Chairman Md. Ehsan Khasru, who is also Managing Director & CEO of Prime Bank Limited. The audited financial statements for 2013 were adopted at the AGM and Malek Siddiqui & Wali reappointed as the association's External Auditors for the year 2014.
Anis A. Khan, Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. (MTB) was elected as the Chairman while Shahid Hossain, Managing Director of Southeast Bank Limited the Vice Chairman by the newly formed PDBL Board of Directors.
