Another arson victim dies

A truck driver died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) after suffering burns during an Opposition attack in Gazipur on Saturday. Nuruzzaman, 40, was burnt when Opposition activists hurled a petrol bomb at his truck at Gazipur's Kaliyakoir. He was on his way to Narshingdi from Tangail's Safipur. DMCH police outpost's inspector Mozammel Haque said that he died around 4am on Sunday. Police have arrested five including Kaliyakoir Upazila Jamaat-e-Islami chief Shafiqul Islam in connection with the incident, reports bdnews24.com.
