Another Comilla arson victim dies

Another victim of the arson attack on a bus in Comilla died at the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Wednesday afternoon, taking the death from the incident to Eight, reports UNB.
Rashedul Islam, 20, son of Sayeed Ahmed of Chakaria upazila in Cox's Bazar district, succumbed at the intensive care unit of the DMCH burn unit around 5:15pm, said hospital sources.
Earlier, at least seven people were killed and 16 others injured as miscreants torched the bus hurling a petrol bomb at Jogmohanpur in Chouddagram upazila of Comilla on the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway early Tuesday.
The other deceased are Nuruzzaman, 50, of Central Road area in Jessore sadar upazila and his daughter Maisha, 14; Asma Begum, 40, of Narsingdi sadar upazila and her son Shanta, 8; Yusuf, 40, and Taher, 40, residents of Chakaria upazila in Cox's Bazar, and Wasim Khan, 28.
